- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all protective glass films, user manuals, warranty cards, and original foam-padded packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an induction cooktop that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Appliances that show signs of installation wear, scratched glass surfaces, burnt coil residue, or are missing original packaging components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our technical team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned appliances.
